Looking for a Roommate in the Northshores Area

My Husband and I are looking for a roommate for a new home we are moving into. The room is on the 2nd floor with more of a private bath, but if we have a guest over (rarely happens) they would use that bathroom if needed, other then that it would be yours only to use. All utilities are included in the home/rent. The only thing is there would be no tv access in the room. The only access we have to the Cable is the Living Room TV. We use Netflix most of the time, there is COX gigablast internet in the home as well as a security system. There is access to the whole house, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry etc. We are a very fun and outgoing couple. We enjoy lots of things including cooking for everyone as well. You must be LGBTQ friendly and must like dogs. We have 2 Dachshunds, no other pets would be aloud in the home. The room is not furnished but it can be if needed. We prefer someone who works during the day/evening and if you smoke it must be outdoors only.
