Room for rent with private restroom

I have a room for rent with its own private restroom .
I am upstairs 90 percent of the time ,mind my own business.

I'm very lay back 😌 get alot with everyone
I work all day n at night ,so I'm hardly ever home.
month to month or long term available
Must love dogs because I have 2 English bulldogs that are my babies

Very quit neighborhood with security
Close to all free ways the 215 n 95 freeway is .
All utilities included but must be considerate of lights, During summer time I will charge an extra 100 dollars for light bill.
Internet is not included, if you want to use it or work remotely you must pay half .
Furnished room with fridge and large walk in closet
If you have furniture I can take mine out if you don't need it.
No couples
Must be clean ,no drama.
My home is 4200 ft so it's huge n probably won't see each other much
