Owner lives elsewhere and will occupy the 3rd bedroom for an average of 3 days of the month. The community is 3.7 miles from the Las Vegas strip. It has 3 pools and amble parking; close to shopping, dining and other amenities. Expecting a min of 6 months contract for each of the 2 rooms. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. Electric bill will be shared between tenant(s) and the owner.
