5 bedroom home in near Sun City with single occupancy bedroom for rent. There is a shared bathroom. The room is currently furnished. with a queen size bed. $750 per month. The room is available for immediate move in after background screen. There is a move in security deposit of $300. You will be responsible for any damages incurred by you during your stay. Security deposit will be held until move out, and it is also required to hold the room for 14 days. In the event that move-in does not occur within the 14 day time period this deposit then becomes forfeit and non-refundable. 30 days notice must be given prior to move out otherwise 2 months rent will be required at time of move out. Unless you are renting both rooms. The full bathroom will be shared by both guests. There is a half bathroom downstairs for use which is also a shared space expected to be kept clean by all parties living in the home. There is a laundry room on the second floor with full size washer and dryer. Must supply your own cleaning supplies, washing products and materials. It is expected that we are all adults and must keep our respective areas clean along with the shared areas so that we may all live in a clean and tidy comfortable environment.
