Roommate wanted

Hello I’m in the Southwest area of Las Vegas
Cross streets: Durango & Warm Springs
I’m a female professional who works Mon-Fri
Looking for a responsible roommate that cleans after themselves and keeps clean any common area that is used.

Not considering couples
One person roommate would be preferable
No kids
Small dog is ok (will need to see how it gets along with my fur baby)
Reptiles and fish tanks ok

2 room condo. Renting private room with connected bathroom. $1,000 monthly utilities included and $600 deposit
Minimum 3 months renewable lease.
Available January 1st, 2024 or Dec 2023
Condo is in the second floor.
Washer & dryer, Gated community, 24 hour security, 24 hour gym, 3 pools, club house, grocery stores less than a block away, lots of restaurants, security camera outside of door.
