Looking for female professional

Hello this is a four bedroom home with two rooms currently available. One room is completely furnished but can be cleared out if requested while the other will be completely empty! This property is located in Southwest Summerlin in one of the nicest parts of Las Vegas. Extremely convenient shopping centers are located within a couple minutes of home (Tropicana beltway Way shopping center, downtown Summerlin 10 minutes away etc!) Properties is well cared for and clean! Utilities will vary monthly from 150$ to 200$ Located in a very suburban area that will make you forget you live in Vegas!
Currently, there will be two roommates myself, and another young woman, which is why we will only be accepting females! we do both work from home so we spent a lot of time here we are both very quiet and are pretty solitary meaning we don’t really bother each other or have any issues! There is one pet in the home a small cat That is almost unnoticeable which is the reason we cannot allow any more pets in the house!
