Fully furnished room in SW area

Hello! I currently have a furnished room with a shared full sized bath available for rent in the Southwest area. The home's location is right off the freeway and just minutes from the strip/Airport. All utilities included. The home is in a great area, and is surrounded by many restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. I am looking for someone fully employed, responsible, respectful, and someone who is 100% capable of maintaining a clean living area.

Alcohol is ok, but zero tolerance when it comes to drug use. This is home, not a party house.
