Master Bedroom in SW Las Vegas - near IKEA

Large furnished downstairs primary/master bedroom with a king bed, 2 dressers, nightstands, chair and desk, 40” tv with fire stick and a sofa at the foot of the bed (not pictured), HUGE walk-in closet, and HUGE private bathroom with bidet. The other bedrooms are upstairs. With only 2 other people living in the home, the living room rarely gets used and the house is typically pretty quite.

About the home: 3160 sq ft 4 bedroom home w/ water softener in a small gated community. The home is in a great location just north of 215 near the new Durango Stations Casino and The Bend, 10 min. to Summerlin Downtown, 15 min to Red Rock Casino, 15-20 min to The Strip, 10 min to the airport. Lots of restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and shopping nearby.

Utilities and streaming services included – HOA, gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, apple tv, and spotify, etc.

Parking – 3 car garage but only holds 2 at this time w/ one comfortably in the driveway or on the street. – typically we park first come first serve. Room for 3 sedans coming soon.

Also supplied are most standard pantry and household staples (typically: Charmin tp, All free and clear laundry detergent and some other kind that’s scented, various shampoos and conditioners, toothpaste, cleaning product, etc. With the pantry/fridge there are spices, olive oil, condiments, and depending on what’s in there, you are welcome to use pastas, canned foods, etc ) and typically 1-2 meals per month (not vegetarian so generally it’s steak, fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork dishes).

There will only be 2 other people living in the house. We are both relatively tidy (well, he’s not lol) when it comes to keeping the common areas clean. We pitch in and help each other out so there’s no freak outs over someone leaving a glass in the sink or splatters on the stovetop. We are also typically quite. The living room rarely gets used as we are both upstairs much of the time.

Visitors are welcome as long as it’s not a daily thing. There no problem with whatever hours you want to keep and obviously you can come and go as you please. (some things people have told me about their roommate situation has just been nuts!). We are really easy to get along with and the last 2 roommates were great!

I keep the temp at a comfortable and cool level. You are free to adjust the thermostat to your preference if it’s not cool enough.

We are a fairly lowkey household, not a party house.

50ish year old female divorcee working from home most of the time with 1 of the bedrooms serving as office space. I have a thirst for learning and am always seeking professional and personal development, as well as new experiences that lead to growth. As a business owner/solopreneur, I work practically all the time, but my schedule can be flexible even though my to-do list is never ending. I have a variety of interests including podcasts, photography, reading, live music, dining out, coffee, cocktails/tequila/whiskey/whisky (though I'm not a heavy drinker and rarely drink at home), hiking (sort of), shopping (I'm savvy), and creating memorable experiences. I enjoy getting to know people and am a good listener and non-judgmental, but am fine with a roommate that wants to keep to themselves.

22 year old male UNLV grad student with a job and plays bass in a band (doesn't play music at the house), and hanging out with friends (but typically not at the house). He's in and out quite a bit. When he's home, he hangs out mostly in his room with online friends. He's witty and smart.
