Looking for a roommate

Looking for a responsable roommate; We are two roommates female and male and one service rescued dog, who is very quiet and trained We are looking for one extra roommate the apartment is brand new 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom the apartment is in a gated community by Buffalo and warms springs ; Everything is clean and new with modern appliances; We will be having an empty, bedroom ready to rent, the bathroom is a shared bathroom, with a gay male so you have to be gay friendly, we also prefer a clean, clean person because both roommates are very clean, We are very respectful and hard workers; the rent and utilities is around $550 and $200 deposit also we are asking for two references.
