The other is a private room/private bath with Queen size bed versus just a twin for $229.50 or $765/month. The common areas such as the two kitchens, living space and patio are shared. ALL utilities are included, also included is wifi and landline phone, cleaning service and washer and dryer. Fully furnished.
To get in is $25 non refundable application fee for criminal and sex offender check NO credit check. Once approved, then there is non refundable $150 admin and cleaning, and a refundable $100 damage fee to be returned once move out assuming you don't cause damage.
