FULLY FURNISHED - We supply all furniture. Additional furniture is NOT permitted.
REMAINDER OF HOUSE
Shared with up to another 7 individuals making a total of 8 individuals including you.
OTHER ROOMMATES
This is shared living so the licensees will vary. Some will stay longer than others so you need to be able to adapt to various types of people. However, we don't require any long-term commitments, we just require that you let us know 30 days in advance if you are leaving so that we can show the room to other prospective licensees.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED EXCEPT CABLE. All televisions must be 32 inches or smaller and must have Roku, Amazon Fire or antenna. You are not allowed to generate a bill with our address.
WIFI AND LANDLINE INCLUDED
COMMON AREAS include Family room and outside patio area.
