Access to pool and workout space ( limited, on a first come basis) New Queen Ergo Cooling Memory Foam 62 TV (streaming only) w Surround Sound ( must use earbuds if you like it loud)! Full Kitchen, New Stainless Steel appliances (gas stove) Washer and Dryer ( for household items/clothing only No Heavy Duty) High-Speed WiFi ( support business platforms) for those who work from home site Parking ( fee if any TBD)

Perfect for traveling nurses and alike Spring Valley Hospital is a 1/2 block (4 other major hospitals less than 10 miles

Absolutely No Overnight Guests

Applicants must be able to pass Background and Credit checks.

Min Stay 30 consecutive days and Max 90 consecutive days ( unless agreed upon) security deposit may be required and a nonrefundable 150.00 Move-Out cleaning fee will be required on move-in, I don't pay to clean other people's Messes…

Please note again, that this space is a 30-90 consecutive day stay ***Unless*** otherwise agreed upon.

Please note, that all deposits if required will be forfeited if vacated earlier than the agreed terms.

Utilities 50-50 split (approximately 175.00) due every month on the Anniversary of the move-in date; ie Moving in on the 15th, utilities are due on each day of the following month

My home is very well-maintained, I'm super clean and very respectful, so it is reasonably accepted by anyone considering sharing space will adhere and reciprocate in-kind
