Furnished room for rent in beautiful gated complex

Hello everyone my name is Kerry and I am looking to rent my second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. . I am a creative that writes for television while currently paying my bills by driving for Uber. I am renting out the room with its own bathroom for $850 a month which includes water, gas, trash, electricity and High Speed Internet . The unit has a dishwasher , wood burning fireplace, and in unit w/d inside the second bathroom.

You must have verifiable proof of income .

The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access....just stairs (great exercise).

The complex is just 10 minutes west of the strip and 15 from UNLV.

It is resort style living with 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool with a jacuzzi and wet/dry spas and a full gym with everything you need to stay fit.

. I am female and would prefer a female roommate but I am open to meeting with potential male roommates.

There is ample parking within the complex.
