Room for rent (5 mins from China Town)

The ideal roomate is a female who likes to keep to themselves, we don’t really engage in much conversation amongst each other. We have 1 small quiet frenchie who is kept inside our room
90% of the time. We all either study, are at work or in our rooms not obstructing other tenants. We are all pretty introverted, but we communicate well when need be, so we’d like someone similar. It is a super friendly and respectful environment that should be kept as such. The room is suitable for a female adult and is strictly non-smoking, non-drinking, and drug-free. We do not allow overnight guests. Each room has a keyed door for privacy. The bathroom is shared amongst one other roommate who is fairly clean. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to laundry facilities. We offer month-to-month leasing with day prior notice to vacancy. Furnished/Unfurnished options
