The bathroom is shared. There is a huge 55-inch TV in the living room for everyone. Netflx, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video. Gaming netspeed. We are all laid-back young professional men (Nurse, TSA agent, Graphic designer, IT at the casino.) with aday jobs outside the house, and hopefully, you too. Sorry, I want the same age group just so that we can all vibe together in the house. We share the common areas. OK, to cook in the kitchen, utensils are for everyone to use. pantry for your food, and space in the fridge. And please, no drama or entitled individuals.(no male Karens)Students are ok. Street parking. And I have a 6 year old very friendly pitbull terrier who has her own doggy door. Have to pass a police background check. Smoker friendly.
