Spare room for rent

I have a second room I want to rent out. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and pays rent on time. I don't have any rules other than those. It's a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, Drinking is allowed and you can bring anyone over. Just be respectful of me and others that live here. There's a pool, basketball court, and places to walk your pets. All the residents I've met hv been really kind and very quiet aswell. I can provide pictures of the room prior interest. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The rent and utilities will be split 50/50 which means 800 a month or 200 a week. I have wifi which I will alone pay for. Feel free to ask Any reasonable questions and I would be happy to answer. The room is unfurnished (photos from last roommate after they moved out)
