Hello! You will share this beautiful townhome with just myself. No guests and not a party house. This home is in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood with great energy! There is a sparkling pool across the street as well as a multimillion dollar park three minutes walk from front door. The entry through the front patio is yours. It is in a quiet and private gated community in a very convenient location close to everything, shops, bars, parks, gyms, golf courses, restaurants and it is within one mile of freeway access. You are employed fulltime outside of the home or a full time student. This room is fully furnished and there is space for your desk and chair. Kitchen use must be light as I am a personal chef and need cleanliness and use for clients. I am ok with a small fridge inside of your space but I do provide room in the fridge as well as the pantry. Washer and dryer inside of the home. The room will be ready June 25th although I am willing to wait a bit for the right fit. Deposit of $1000. is required.
No smokers in or out of the house and no pets as I have one small calico cat who keeps to herself or me:)
This room is for one person only and while the lease is month to month, I prefer a tenant who plans on staying 6+ months.
