Summerlin Room For Rent

This is a great space for a busy single professional. The room has a window looking out to our backyard (beautufly landscaped). Large Room w Queen Size Bed . Full Size Bathroom is just accros the hall. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs that occupy myself and other roomate with 3 small king charles cavieliers. They are super friendly and obediant. We do not allow new pets. Laundry upstairs. Street Parking. As far as the community, We are in a gated community and tons of walking trails. This is a gem of a neighborhood. This is a very clean and quite home. Utilities not included in rent. Range from $100-150 per month depending on A/C use summer time. Housecleaning is done once a month by professional service and split 3 ways of 66 per person.
