Small Room available in a semi-communal house on a golf course in a beautiful neighborhood looking for the right person to become part of the family. We respect privacy, require trust, have quiet hours, encourage communication, and have fun living together. Music is almost always present.
We keep a nice house, have our individual cleaning routines but are not entirely neat freaks :D.
Shared kitchen space, bathroom, and semi-shared living room/patio areas.
Gym and Pool/Hot tub are in the housing complex for use (covid allowing) Washer/dryer in house
2 wackjob chihuahuas protect the property from all imagined intruders and dangers.
There will be a 1 month trial period before a 6-month lease is signed.
Utilities are split evenly between tenants.
We have internet but no cable.
