Room for rent

The rooms are already furnished with a bed and a dresser. If those are not needed I am open for discussion. Near a high school and the view from the street behind the home is beautiful during an early morning or late night run. I will not live in the home however I will occupy the smallest room in the house. I have planned to have a once a month deep clean of the house meanwhile I ask that you maintain cleanliness. Any part of the house you are welcome to other than the one room I will occupy. Other details we can discuss in person.
