Room for rent in Safe Location

My husband and I are renting out 2 bedrooms. Both Good sized rooms. Can provide queen sized bed and TV if wanted. We prefer someone long term but can do a month to month lease as well. $0 deposit to move in but first months rent will be do upon moving in. I can pro rate if moving in throughout the month. Shared living room and kitchen. We are getting wifi asap if wanted by tenants and we will split the cost. All utilities included. Separate bathrooms for each room. One located downstairs and the other is upstairs. Feel free to call or text with questions or for pics as it's not letting me upload them on here =( . We will accept couples but add $100 to rent. Background check performed so no drug felonies or violent crimes please.
