Furnished BR w/Large PVT Balcony 490ALL

I have an 11x12 furnished Bed Room with large private balcony (12x17), and upstairs living room area for rent in my 5 bedroom home. This is a month to month agreement. Room has hardwood floors, large closet (not walk in), ceiling fan, key lock on bedroom door. The bathroom in newly remodeled, floor to ceiling, with marble. 4 people, and a 8 year old dog, currently live here. 3 female, 1 male. We all work full time (except for the dog). The bathroom is shared with only one female. Kitchen is also newly remodeled (stainless steel appliances and new cabinets, granite counter tops). Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), high speed internet, washer/dryer, in home gym, some storage space, whole house water filtration system. Yoga/meditation studio available (under construction) I do not have cable so I cant offer it. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
