Move-in Rent can be pro-rated to the 1st of next month. Rent is $900 + $300 non-refundable deposit, includes Power, Internet, Mailbox and Gate keys, Water/Sewer/Trash fees, pool access, gym & uncovered parking. 1 small dog ok as I have small chihuahuas. You must provide verifiable references and your own background check. Lease good through 12/31/24 (or longer). Willing to revisit lease terms from 1/1/25 through 5/31/2025 at no additional increase.
Absolutely NO smoking, alcohol/drugs/medical marijuana or overnight guests. Full use of kitchen, dining & living room, separate laundry room inside enclosed patio. Bring your own bedroom furniture, pots/pans, TV, laptop/computer and food items - share 1/2 walk-in pantry. Available now.
