? Refundable security deposit required - $400 (please provide 14-day notice prior to move-out and room must be in same condition prior to move-in)

? $40 application fee to run background and credit. Must make 3x the rent. Please provide last two pay stubs.

? Upon acceptance of application, first month?s rent, utility split, and security deposit will be collected.
