I do also have friends with rooms for rent. My ad will expire sometime in early May and I won’t be renewing it unless something very unexpected happens.

- furnished room available with private full bathroom (used to be on Airbnb before local law changed - all 5 star reviews)
- Located in a quiet north west neighborhood near Children’s Memorial Park off the Cheyanne exit, three mins to highway, fifteen mins to downtown)
- Furnished queen bedroom with a dresser and a large walkin closet
- There’s room for a small desk if needed
- Private full bathroom
- Large common living room and smaller chill “music” room (both with big TVs)
- Kitchen with fridge, pantry, dishwasher and everything you’d need
- Laundry room
- Large yard with turf, shade patio, bbq, fire pit and a GIANT POOL with diving board
- Cost includes rent and utilities including fast internet, and TVs have most streaming services

Ideal renter:
- Likes animals (I have a small cat and small dog, both older)
- Basic communication
- No pets, generally, though a small older or calm dog *might* work out (to be discussed)
- Basic cleanliness (bathroom, kitchen)
- Pays rent on time
- weed ok (outside) cigarettes not ok
- Employed or has enough income to easily cover rent
