Hello! A bedroom in this house will be available on the 1st of March onwards, and we are looking for a female over 21 to fill it. You will have your own bathroom as well.
The house is in the heart of Midtown, walking distance from the bars and restaurants. The rent is $650 + utilities (which only include electricity and Wi-Fi). There are five bedrooms in the house and a backyard as well. Unfortunately, the lease has a no pet policy.
A little bit about the housemates:
There is a girl and a guy upstairs, which is where the open bedroom is. The girl has a masters and is working at a news station here in Reno and the guy has his masters as well, and is working in GIS. Both are down-to-earth and pretty outdoorsy people too.
Downstairs there are two other guys. One works at a warehouse and the other works at a hardware store. They love video games & movies, and one of them is also in a band.
All of them are very mellow people, love to chat, and keep to their own space as well!
