I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in July, so this means you can stay short term for a few months, or longer after that if you want to stay on. So you don't have to sign a long lease term, unless you really want to.

Application process does ask that you make 2.5 times the monthly $1195 rent as verifiable income. Deposit amount will depend on credit score.
