Need one or two roommates to take over lease(s)

Hello! A friend and I are looking to transfer our leases because we want to move somewhere closer to our jobs. Our current apartment "house" is a 5 minute walk from the UNR campus and is in a gated community! Our rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and desk chair. There is a living room furnished with a couch, a 50" TV, and a TV stand. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, sink, stovetop oven, and two big refrigerators. There's also a washer and dryer inside the unit. We are looking to move as soon as possible so message me if interested!
