Room In NW Reno in a House

We have a room, $700 + 1/3 utilities for one year. 6 months $800. Room has locking door, shared bath, indoor laundry. Garage has room for some gear on shelves and place to hang bikes, boards, fishing poles. We are 2 UNR seniors-males, graduating in May 2023. Our 3rd roomie is moving out with his GF after 2 years. We are quiet, clean, and expect the same type of roomie. We study, fish, hike, snowboard, mountain bike and go to the gym. The house has a nice yard, artificial grass lawn, with a fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking in the driveway or in front of the house. Quiet area in NW Reno, 20 minutes to Boca, 25 minutes to Truckee, 5 minutes to Peavine trail/park area, can walk to Starbucks, Burger Me, Raley’s. 10 minutes by car to UNR. Sofa bed in living room for your occasional guest. No cigarette smoking house. Available March 31, 2023 or earlier if we find the right roomie as the 3rd guy will move out earlier. 80 west to Robb Dr. cross street is Ambassador. Not giving exact address until you talk live with the roomies and then meet in a public place to make sure all of you can get along to live together.
