One room/bathroomfor rent

I am looking for a roommate. I’m a very easy-going guy and very accepting of everyone. I am a gay man, so I feel that it is important to make that known. I work two jobs, so I am pretty busy a lot. I keep a clean house and very organized with no pets. I’m looking for someone to fill my spare bedroom which includes its own bathroom and full access to a living room, kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. The furniture in the room does not have to stay if you are bringing your own. I want whoever moves in to feel comfortable. I am flexible on moving day, but would realistically like someone to move in as soon as possible.
