Fully Furnished Room in South Reno

I have a fully furnished bedroom available near Cyan Park, with flexible lease options 3, 6, 9, month to month terms available. The room itself 12'x10', has a full sized bed with bedding, nightstand, TV, and a small dresser. It comes with a Private Bathroom, and control of the downstairs AC/Heating ;).

4 bedroom 3 bath house, and currently has two rooms occupied by a male 22 and male (me) 24. Looking for our third roommate, 4th bedroom will remain vacant. We both work from home and have M-F jobs 8-5 type hours, and we are a fan of arcades and game nights. Personally, I like to bike a lot, play tennis or swim, and hike/camp.

I am looking for a drama free, responsible, respectful, laid back person. Background check required, and proof of ability to pay rent. (pay stubs, bank statement).

Move in requires first month rent plus security deposit of $500, and this is a pet free home.
