Private room in Demonte Ranch off veterans parkway

Looking for a roommate to take over one of the rooms in a 3 bed 2 bath 3 car garage home. You’ll have access to storage in the garage. I’m a 32 yo professional male that is very easy to get along with I like to keep all common spaces clean but also not an uptight roommate. When im home im usually relaxing, cleaning or working on projects, but i also tend to get out a lot to go hiking, meet up with friends or enjoy power sports. The area is quick access to the freeway and nice walking trails if that’s your thing.
