Hi there,
I live in a 2bd, 2bath apartment with spacious kitchen and living room.
The apartment is fully furnished with washer/dryer, TV and wifi.
The apartment is in a controlled access building with gym and a business center. The apartment is located within walking distance of Albany med, Washington park, Albany law school.
The room is furnished with a walk in closet. The available bathroom is spacious with a shower and bathtub but is located in the hallway. I have my own bathroom so I don’t need to use it.
Street parking is free, garage parking is 65$/month, private parking lot is 100$/month per vehicle.
I’m looking for a roommate, preferably a female, who is tidy and responsible and capable of paying the rent on time.
The building is tobacco free and any type of smoking inside is forbidden. I appreciate good communication and clear ground rules for both parties convenience.
Guest situation is to be discussed privately.
I’m planning on renting the room for a few months until my roommate moves in.
