I am looking for a responsable roomate to share a two bedroom apartment in a walk up appartement on the 4th floor in the Bronx. The room is a good size with a huge closet. I work full time m-f and like to chill on weekends. I don’t party hard just some music on while cleaning or working on my small business . Internet is included however the electricity/gas bill will be split base on a 60/40% basis me paying 60%.
I would like someone responsible who respect personal et commun spaces. We can have guest over but we need to inform the other and be respectful of each other spaces.
