About me/us
Owner occupied,- young 57 - (pronouns she, her) husband takes care of the house cleaning, and repairs.
We take care of the urban farm in the backyard.
We keep to ourselves.
We don't hang out with roommates unless it's natural.
We do go out for weeks at a time several times a year.
I have a background in environmental studies so my field of work has to do with that.
Our roommates are amazing! They have come from all walks of life, and backgrounds and have renewed their leases for up to 4 years! Roommates don't hang out together unless it happens organically. That depends on you. Our roommates are college-age students who work, graduated, and are enjoying life.
A few roommates were new to NYC, starting a new chapter in life, first time away from home, and needed a bit of more greenery and got that here.
No drugs- no alcohol(ism)
It is not the perfect place and it will never be. Life is constantly changing. But it will always welcome you home where you can work/ relax in your room being at peace.
If this place calls home to you, then talk to you soon.
