I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to my current roommate, who is embarking on a new chapter in another state! This transition opens up an exciting opportunity for a new roommate to join our home.

The available room is spacious with three large windows. Pictures will be provided soon, as the room is currently occupied and will be staged once it is vacant at the end of the month. In the meantime, I’m sharing images of the rest of the house to give you a sense of its ambiance.

- Express bus BXM4 (3-minute walk, travels down 5th Ave to E 26th)
- Uber to midtown ($30-$60 depending on traffic/time)

**House Rules:**
- No drugs or alcohol(ism) – we are not equipped to provide support for addiction
- Be mindful that the house is a 3-floor walk-up
Other house rules will be discussed later - they are in place to provide a better quality of life for our tenants and ourselves.

**Community and Environment**
Our home is a peaceful and green sanctuary, though not perfect, constantly evolving. It has welcomed various roommates, including long-term students, interns, and employees of NYBG and Montefiore. Previous roommates have stayed anywhere from 1 month to 5 years.
