Hi, I'm a college student at FIT and I'm looking for 2 roommates to share my apartment in Country Club, Bronx. I would prefer female student roommates who are clean, respectful of noise and boundaries, and willing to participate in household chores. Small pets are negotiable so just ask and we can work it out!
- 3 bedroom apartment (first floor walk-up) with 1 available bedroom
- small bedroom ($1000 utilities + wifi included)
- large bedroom ($1800 utilities + wifi included) can be shared by two people if needed.
