The space is $1500 a month, it’s technically part of a single family home, but is an entirely self contained, independent space on the 1st floor, no shared amenities. It might be a better fit for a working single guy or lady that don’t cook every day.
No standard kitchen, kitchen comes with a big refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove for cooking, this might not be ideal for someone who loves to cook.
The #5 train is right at the end of the block (Gunhill Rd Station), it’s a 4mins walk from the house. Also, there are plenty busses in the area (2mins Walk). There’s a laundromat at the end of the block, a grocery store 3-4 blocks (with plenty of bodegas in between), and a couple of cool bars and cafes in the area. It’s not far to get to anywhere else because it has a good public transportation.
This is a great space for a single lady or guy having trouble finding a space!
