Attention Medical students, Interns, Residents/Fellows, & Traveling Nurses!

Are you looking for the ideal housing situation? Please, come visit. I have a master bedroom available in my Riverdale apartment. You have unlimited access to a furnished living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. All you need to furnish is your own bedroom.

This is the perfect situation for your studies/rotation. (Or if you are a traveling nurse.) Riverdale is the most quiet neighborhood in NYC. When you need a healthy escape you have access to 1,146 ACRES of nature across the street at Van Cortlandt Park. If something breaks down in the apartment, I take care of it. If you need any issue to be addressed, I take care of it. I have a very productive relationship with the landlord and his office. All you need to worry about are the demands that come from your career!

I am Veterinary Assistant at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center in the Upper East Side. We are a teaching hospital, and I am sympathetic to the stressful lives of our Veterinarian interns and residents. (I could only imagine the busy lives of Doctors who practice human medicine!) Note: I don't own any pets, myself. If you do, move them in! It would be an honor of mine to support the healthcare community by providing exceptional housing to professionals, such as yourself!
