Large cozy bedroom in a quiet Bronx neighboorhood

I'll travel abroad for a work and cultural experience during summer, and I decided to rent my cozy bedroom in a shared quiet apartment. We are all women, and because of that we will only accept women to rent. No smokers, please.

Some utensils are available, you just need to clean everything used immediately after. No other pets are allowed. We have 1 cute kitten at home, very friendly. All people are kind, collaborative, and super clean. We want someone in the same mood to share during these couple months.
