Room for Rent

I am single woman in her late 50’s. I have three adult children that have moved out, so I am looking for two responsible adults to rent out my spare bedrooms too. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday.

The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I provide wifi and smart TV’s. The bedrooms are furnished but if you would like to bring in your own bedroom furniture we can figure something out. The 1st bedroom is a smaller room. The second bedroom is a bigger, both have enough space to add a desk if needed.

I have a small hypoallergenic dog.

The building is a safe building, I’ve lived here for over 25 years, everyone knows each other in the building. It’s a 5th floor walk up, with laundry in the building.
