It is also close to the 2 & 5 trains, walking distance. The area is pretty convenient, close by to Rite-Aide, UrgentCare, shopping stores, fast food, USPS, restaurants. The bus stop is right infront of the building. Bx17 specifically. The Building has 2 elevators, and stairs. Nice Lobby, Mailbox inside. Security guards. This apartment is a shared bathroom & shared livingroom. I have a washing machine in the apartment that is included in the price. However, I don’t have a dryer, but there is a laundry room downstairs of the building. The room is furnished. Tv, bed with 2 drawers, dresser. Private closet. and a mini Refrigerator.
