Affordable Luxury!

Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a beautiful, high-rise new development in Mott Haven. The room is approximately 12'2" x 9'11" with a good size closet. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that you'd be sharing with my roommate that is remaining once I move out. He is funny, easy to talk to, and travels quite a bit for work. He has his own bathroom so you would be the only one using the hallway bathroom other than guests should you bring anyone over. The kitchen is great if you love to cook! The apartment as floor to ceiling windows. The apartment is mostly furnished other than your room which will be delivered empty.

Also, there is central ac/heat and a washer and dryer in unit! The building has amazing amenities including a full size basketball court, a two floor gym, multiple lounge areas and conference rooms, a terrace with outdoor lounge areas and grills, there is also an indoor pool (but I there is an additional fee for that with management). Regardless, this is such a wonderful space that I am sad I am leaving but I have to move for my job! $1750 monthly for rent plus half of utilities and internet ($50). You will need to sign the lease and apply through the management company that requires verifiable income of at least $150k. This is a truly wonderful opportunity to live in luxury but not spend all of your money on rent!
