I live in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apt on a 3rd fl walk-up building in a safe, quiet area of Bay Ridge Brooklyn. It’s just a 7-min walk to the nearest subway station, a 1-min walk to the nearest bus stop, and a 15-min walk to the express bus stop (which is only 30 mins into midtown Manhattan). And if you like to bike, run or skate it’s just a 15-min walk to the water.

I’m a female founder who owns a fashion ecommerce business and a beauty & wellness brand, which is selling in the Four Seasons and local boutiques in NY. I also have an event space in downtown Brooklyn where I host wellness events. I travel a few times a month so you will have the whole apartment to yourself most of the time. When I’m not traveling I work from my home office or my co-working space in NoMad.

2 months rent and 1 month security due to secure the room.

I’m looking for a quiet, tidy professional or a grad student (females preferred) to share the apartment with. Utilities included are high-speed cable internet, cooking gas, heat and water. You are responsible for your own electricity usage.

The apartment comes furnished as follows:

Living room: Silk Persian Carpet, Chaise Sofa, Loveseat, coffee table, side table, floor lamp, flat screen tv (Netflix, Prime, HBOMax).

Dining Room: large glass dining table, bookcases, halllway armoires, a full length mirror.

Full kitchen: Appliances include Toaster Oven, Air Fryer, Blender, Cookware, Bakeware, Dishware, Cutlery, Hot Water Kettle, Belgian Waffle Maker, Cast iron pan

Large Bedroom: A large dresser, Armoire, a closet, and a Queen-size bed.

Shared bathroom: Bathtub/shower and own shelf space for toiletries.

Foyer: Full length mirror, your own coat closet and shoe rack.

House Rules:
- No shoes in the house at all times please. Only house slippers allowed.
- No overnight guests.
- To prevent bugs and vermin we ask that you only eat at the dinner table or fold-out tv table and clean up afterwards,
- Take out the trash and recycling regularly.
