Private Room $1200 W/D in Unit, Central AC

Hello,

I have a private room opening up in my 4 bedroom duplex starting April. Currently there are 3 male roommates here, including myself. The rent for the room is $1200/monthly and the utilities run from $50 - $100/per person. In the floorplan, the room for rent is on the top floor, next to the kitchen.

It includes 1.5 shared bathrooms, in unit washer and dryer, central AC, and a shared backyard (though we're the only ones that have used it). We are a 8 minute walk from the J Halsey train and 10 minute walk from the AC Ralph train. We're located one block from Saratoga Park and the Bed Stuy Fish Fry.

Ideally the rent term would be long term. I am available to show the room all week.

We generally stay in our respective spaces or watch tv in the basement living room. Looking for someone who is able to communicate well and maintain routine cleaning with us. No couples and no pets please (however we are willing to open up the discussion when it comes to cats). We are LGBTQ+ friendly.
