Electric & internet are separate from the rent.

Absolutely no overnight guests..
No pets, as I already have 2 cats and 1 dog.

No smoking of any kind.
Near A train, B25, B26, and B15 buses.
The neighborhood is filled with tons of shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
