Common areas are furnished, unit has Wi-Fi and Roku TV (with Hulu, HBO, Prime, etc.). Bedroom comes with a twin bed, desk, and a sitting bench with storage baskets. Roommates are two queer POC and one 10lb dog who is very affectionate. queer household — we work together to keep the common spaces clean, as well as pitch in for household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels) , and also tend to share snacks and food. Pretty laidback household mainly focused on open communication and creating a healthy environment together. Room is going for $950/month plus utilities (could be flexible) , and is available asap or Aug 1st
