We have one bedroom available in our spacious, 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment with a large, private backyard & in unit washer/dryer. The apartment is located in Bed Stuy near Pratt Institute and a 5 minute walk from the G.

The bedroom is 10 ft x 9.5 ft and will come unfurnished, but there is potential to buy a few items. The subletter will share one of the 2 bathrooms with one of the existing roommates.

Apartment includes:
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Dishwasher
-A/C throughout the apartment
-Private backyard
-Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils
-Large and furnished dining/living room space
-Hardwood floors throughout the unit

What we are looking for in a subletter:
-VERY clean and organized. We keep a tidy place at all times and alternate chores. So if you’re not naturally clean and organized, it won’t be a good fit. This is a deal breaker.

You will be sharing the apartment with:
-3 considerate and friendly young professional women: A project manager (30) interested in house plants, string instruments, Beyoncé & dance. A runner, barista, and social work student (26). An operations manager/server (29) who enjoys film & entertainment industry/gaming.
