Peaceful Home Looking For Mindful, Tidy, Roommates

Looking for a drama free, mindful, employed roommate to create a harmonious living environment where we all feel comfortable and peaceful in our cozy sanctuary!

Room available for $950 measures about 12x8 fitting a full/queen sized bed, night stand, and dresser, has closet and a north facing window away from busy street.

Room for $725 is on the smaller side, east facing window overlooking garden, can fit full sized bed with nightstand and dresser, no closet. I'm currently using it as an office and the previous roommate had a twin bed, tons of shelves, & nightstand and made it work for years! I think this room is best for someone who really just needs a place to rest, shower, & eat bc you're so busy outside of the home as it might be a bit too tiny of a space if you're a homebody, but to each their own!

Share with 2* professional females (mid 20's graphic designer/late 30's mua & esthetician) that are social, but prefer the party to be kept outside of the home. Having friends over every so often is cool, but not every night. We have our own lives outside of the apt, but when schedules align we typically catch up as we eat our dinner with tv in the background. We're spiritual, into astrology, health & wellness, artsy and want our home to be a place of respite from the chaos of living in the city. (*im looking for 2 separate ppl (not a couple) for 2 rooms for rent so there will be 4 of us living here with only 3 sharing a bathroom)

We're looking for someone: considerate of common space and items (I've been living here 8 years and put alot of energy & money into the upkeep of this apt), takes initiative & aware to purchase communal items and clean communal spaces (we don't want to have to tell someone to clean we're adults), tidy (cannot stress this enough, keep your room as you like, but please don't leave crumbs and spills everywhere), full time employment mostly outside of the home (i sometimes work from home during the week and it's very challenging when anyone else is around so if you're fully remote this might not be the best fit)

Utilities range from $50-$80/month depending on season and due middle of each month. The apt is a 4bd/2bath in bedstuy BK off the Myrtle-Willoughby G train and 10-15 min walk from Flushing or Myrtle Ave JM trains, and 15 min bus ride on B38 to Pratt. Located next to a community garden, 2 blocks away from 2 laundromats, 3 grocery stores, coffee, wine shop. Also within walking distance to a few restaurants and bars!

Need to commit to a year lease starting Aug 1, pass credit check, provide proof of income and pay first/security deposit to move in. Guarantors accepted!
