Private room in spacious 3 bedroom apartment

Hi guys! Looking to rent a private room in a sunny Brooklyn apartment. The room is 15 x 8 sqft, furnished with a full bed and bookshelf, and has plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. The apartment has a full kitchen that includes a walk-in pantry with a skylight, a large dining room, and an outdoor patio. All shared spaces are fully furnished. Located only one block from the train station and within walking distance to anything you might need. The apartment is on the border of Dyker heights and Bensonhurst, so it's a super safe and quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the restaurants and bars in Bay Ridge. Rent is $1300 per month and includes all utilities!

My husband and I are both pretty easygoing, love anything outdoors, and can almost always be found cooking something in the kitchen. I'm currently working as a paraprofessional while I finish a master's degree in genetics and Bunyamin balances a couple of different jobs, the main one being a personal trainer. He travels quite a bit for work, so it would really just be me in the apartment during the week.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and also pretty clean. A lot of my past roommates are still super close friends, so I'd love to find someone who is down to hangout and explore the city a little bit in our free time. We do have a large Newfoundland/ Malamute mix. She is a little shy at first but is a total sweetheart once she warms up to you, so someone who loves dogs would be awesome!
