Hi guys! Looking to rent out a private room in a sunny 2nd floor apartment. The room is furnished with a full bed and bookshelf and has plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. The apartment has a full kitchen that includes a walk-in pantry with a skylight, a dining room, and an outdoor patio. All shared spaces are fully furnished. Located only one block from the train station and within walking distance to anything you might need. The apartment is on the border of Dyker heights and Bensonhurst, so it's a super safe and quiet neighborhood, but still close to all of the restaurants and bars in Bay Ridge. Rent is $1300 per month and includes all utilities!

My husband Bünyamin and I are both pretty easygoing and love anything outdoors. I’d say I’m definitely more of the introverted reader type and Bunyamin is a little more outgoing, but our house is generally pretty quiet, so could be great for someone who likes some peace after work. I'm currently working as a paraprofessional while I finish a master's degree in genetics and Bunyamin is a personal trainer so our schedules vary.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and also pretty clean. We also have a large Newfoundland/ Malamute mix dog, but she spends most of her time in the apartment below us and when upstairs she keeps to herself. If we seem like a good fit then feel free to reach out :)
