What is available is the master bedroom, multiple closets, a private bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a very large living room area that I dont really use. The bedroom and living room has a beautiful view overlooking the local park, the verazzano bridge, and the water and belt parkway. I'm looking for someone, clean, responsible and respectful. If you're the party type this isn't the place for you.
The apartment is on the 9th floor and the bus stops for the B trains are across the street. 86th street and the subway system is a few blocks away.
